Tamar Schleyer

Mrs. Tamar Schleyer, joined Phoenicia in April 2018 in the role of VP of HR&OD. 
Before joining Phoenicia Mrs. Schleyer filled several executive roles:

• Initiated and led an entrepreneurship within her local community combining innovative leadership & local economy based upon collective impact methodology. 

• Senior HR & OD manager in an industrial multi-national company at Mondi Business Hadera paper Ltd. Responsible for incorporating the HR aspects into corporate strategy plans, impacting the bottom line. Was responsible for Management enhancement, talent development & laying down the ground rules for HR procedures within the company. 
• Mrs Schleyer is an organizational consultant, specializing in leadership, and holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior. As a consultant she has worked with industrial companies resolving the HR aspects of corporate challenges & developing productive management teams. 

In her free time she voluntary leads a community environmental project.
